Annual HBA Membership: $595

Do I have to be a home builder to join?
No. Our membership includes professionals throughout the housing industry, from contractors and suppliers to financial institutions, designers and professional service providers.
Can multiple employees from my company participate?
Yes. Additional employees can become Affiliate Members and participate in HBA events, committees, councils and other opportunities.
How long does membership last?
HBA membership is renewed annually.
Can I attend an event before I join?
Many HBA events welcome prospective members. Attending an event is a great way to meet current members and see what the HBA is all about.
Will my business be listed on the HBA website?
Members can be included in our online Member Directory, which helps homeowners and other industry professionals find HBA businesses.
Is membership only local?
No. Joining your local HBA connects you to a three-tiered federation: the Home Builders Association of Iowa City, the Home Builders Association of Iowa and the National Association of Home Builders.
How do I get the most out of membership?
