📌 Deadline:
Before:
Jan. 30 – $2,300 per house, non-refundable + $1,000 deposit = $3,300 / House
Feb. 27 – $2,800 per house, non-refundable + $1,000 deposit = $3,800 / House
March. 30 – $3,300 per house, non-refundable + $1,000 deposit = $4,300 / House
($1000 Deposit is per home and will be returned after all signs are returned to the HBA office)
Remodeled Homes: No later than March 30 – $950 per house, non-refundable
Virtual Only Parade Home: No later than March 30 – $950 per house, non-refundable
