At the Home Builders Association of Iowa City, our mission is to strengthen the home building industry by advocating for our members, connecting industry professionals, developing the future workforce, and supporting responsible growth in the communities we serve.

Our members are the people and businesses behind the places our communities call home—from builders, remodelers and developers to suppliers, tradespeople, designers, engineers and professional service providers. We bring these professionals together to build relationships, share expertise and create opportunities for businesses and people to succeed.

Membership in the Home Builders Association of Iowa City also connects you to the Home Builders Association of Iowa and the National Association of Home Builders, extending your network and advocacy from our local communities to the state and national levels.
