Builders and Remodelers: Commit to saving your business money during 2021 by signing up for the Home Builders Association of Iowa (HBAI) Member Rebate Program. It’s free as an HBAI benefit, and your membership dues alone will be covered with minimal effort and some planning. Once enrolled, you’ll receive quarterly payouts. It’s easier than you might realize.
Here’s what to do (links are all at www.hbarebates.com):

Step 2: Use participating manufacturers (HBAI doesn’t endorse them, but simply offers their rebates) and track your expenses. More than 50 percent of the country’s leading manufacturer brands participate – probably many you’re already using.
Step 3: Submit your claim forms prior to each quarterly due date. Visit www.hbarebates.com/claimform.html to view three ways to track and submit: paper, website or customized spreadsheet (email Kim Klein at Kim@HBArebates.com for the customized version.) Step 4: Notify the program when you close on a house.
Step 5: Wait for your rebate check to arrive in the mail.
