Starting in May, a series of community forum sessions will be held monthly to bring attention to the Aging in Place Initiative. As a part of the Aging in Place Initiative, a new form will be implemented when buying/selling/remodeling a home that is ‘livable’ for the Aging in Place community.
To go over this form, a Lunch n Learn is being held in partnership with the Greater Iowa City Area Home Builders Association and the Johnson County Livable Community’s Housing Action Team. The class will be held at Studio H2O, who will be sponsoring the lunch, provided by Kalona Katering Company.
