LEAD SAFE RENOVATORS…IT’S TIME FOR YOUR REFRESHER TRAINING!
If you took your 8-hour initial training course in 2012, or a 4 hour Refresher course in 2012, it’s time to renew your training.
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:
- There is no penalty for taking your class early. If your training is due in June 2016 and you take your class in February 2016, your training certification will renew through June, 2019.
- If your training has already expired, you only need to take the Refresher training course to make your training current again.
- Continuing Education Credit toward your safety discipline is available for Plumbing, Mechanical, HVAC license holders for no additional charge
- Classes are taught by instructors that are experienced, professional contractors AND are also licensed lead inspectors. Industry knowledge, hands-on experience and a thorough understanding of the lead laws in Iowa enable our instructors to clearly explain how to make compliance with the lead regulations work within YOUR specific field.
