New members of The Greater Iowa City Area Home Builders Association are invited to breakfast with the board president, Melissa Schooley with First Interstate Bank. Network with other new members, members of the board of directors, and learn about some of the benefits of membership.

Dave Ashley, NAHB Membership Field Specialist, will be in Iowa City Tuesday, Sept. 13 at 9am to talk about how to recruit new members to our association. Please RSVP if you can attend so I have plenty of food for everyone.

The Nominating Committee meets yearly to review applications and make recommendations of the next year's board of directors.

The board of directors typically meets the 3rd Thursday of every month except August.

The Vocational Training Council Board of Directors and Committee members meet quarterly to discuss workforce development.
