Every Iowa City Area HBA member has the power to make an impact on membership. This year, we’re asking just that: ONE in 21. Start during our Spring Membership Drive, May 1 – 31. Take that step toward supporting membership growth, one member at a time.

Teams: Four-member teams are comprised of one builder and three associates. Team captains are Adam Hahn, Watts Group; GT Karr, Sueppel’s Siding & Remodeling; Kevin McCreedy, McCreedy-Ruth Construction; and one builder to be named. Pick a team and get excited. Team standings will be updated and released weekly during May.
Commitment: Four phone calls across four weeks during May. More if you want. Secure that one member.
Where: Call from the comfort of your home, couch or office.
Who Do I Call: Anyone working in the home-building industry that could benefit from membership. We can provide lists of names if you’d like.
But What Do I Say: Personal stories are the best – tell what you get out of your membership. We’ll also provide talking points. Share the benefits available.
Prizes & Recognition: Each member of the winning team receives two tickets to the Iowa City Area HBA Holiday Party — a $100 value! They’ll also be recognized at our November Annual Meeting. Every team’s a winner, but try not to land in last place, where you get gift cards to McDonalds.
