We aim to introduce students to the construction industry as a lifelong career path, offering fulfilling positions across various skilled trades.
Our Purpose:
Our organization promotes vocational training and hands-on experiences to spark interest in the construction trades among younger generations. By showcasing the industry as a viable and rewarding alternative to traditional college education, we aim to address the growing demand for skilled trade workers.
We actively collaborate with local schools, our HBA, and community programs that share our commitment to supporting youth as they explore careers in the trades.
